Our cancellation policy is:
If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival day, full amount of your deposit will be returned minus the expenses we'll have to return it.
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival day, half amount of your deposit will be returned minus the expenses we'll have to return it.
If the reservation is cancelled 15 days before arrival day, the deposit will not be returned.

When can I check in?

The common policy of Villa Pape is that check-out is until 10.00 a.m., check in time from 14:00 (2 p.m.). Please note that if your flight arrives in the early morning, you should book the preceding night to be guaranteed access to your room. You can also leave your luggage with us and stay out until 14.00 (2 p.m.) or even earlier, then there is no need to book one night before.
