| Villa Pape
is located in Trogir
suburbs on island Ciovo in a peaceful and quiet area, on a
little hill with a fantastic sea view overlooking the bay.
Distance to the nearest beach - 200m, city center - 2 km,
airport – 8 km and to many regions most famous sights
sets our Villa in perfect position.
The villa was built in 1970 and its purpose until 2000 was
a family summerhouse.
In the year 1999 it was renovated for commercial tourist purpose.
Next renovation was in year 2001, and the last in 2006.
The house has three floors; ground and second floor are for
rent, while the first floor is for our family. On the ground
floor we offer two four bed apartments, while the second floor
is slightly different, two 2-bed apartments are situated there
(one apartment is also suitable for four and if connected
to one of the bedrooms for four and six), also two double
bedrooms. Next to the villa is a small tavern
(only villa's guests) where our guests can have breakfast
and dinner.
Sustainability can be recognized in the way we built Villa
PaPe. Typical-regional architectural style is respected, use
if local materials and furniture such as bed frames, side-tables
and dining room tables were commissioned from local residents.
Front side of the villa is tiled with famous Brac stone, the
one also found on White house in Washington DC. |
